Incoterms 2020 — What We Support
- FOB Karachi — Default term. Cargo loaded onto vessel at Karachi Port, risk transfers to buyer.
- CFR / CIF Destination Port — We arrange and pay sea freight (and insurance for CIF) to your nominated discharge port.
- EXW Hyderabad Warehouse — Available for buyers using their own Pakistan freight forwarder.
- DDP — On request for select destinations (UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Australia). Includes destination customs clearance and last-mile delivery.
- FCA Karachi Airport — For air freight or courier shipments below 1 metric ton.
Sea Freight — Standard Mode
Approximately 95% of our shipments move by sea freight from Karachi Port. We work with major shipping lines including Maersk, MSC, CMA CGM, Hapag-Lloyd, and Evergreen. Typical 20-ft and 40-ft containers are used; less-than-container-load (LCL) consolidation is available through our preferred forwarder for smaller orders.

Transit times exclude origin and destination port congestion, customs clearance, and inland delivery. Schedules confirmed at booking.
Air Freight — Express Shipments
For samples, R&D quantities up to 200 kg, or urgent orders, we ship via air freight from Karachi (KHI) or Lahore (LHE) airports. Major carriers used include Emirates SkyCargo, Etihad Cargo, Qatar Airways Cargo, Turkish Cargo, and Cathay Cargo. Typical air transit: 3–7 days door-to-door including customs clearance. Air freight minimum: 50 kg chargeable weight.
Packing Standards
- Dried Rose Petals & Buds: Food-grade polyethylene liner inside corrugated export cartons. Net weights: 5 kg, 10 kg, 20 kg, or 25 kg cartons. Master pallet: 500 kg or 1,000 kg, heat-treated wood (ISPM-15 compliant).
- Rose Petal Powder: Triple-layer PE/aluminum/PE laminated bags inside fibre drums or corrugated cartons. Net weight 25 kg per bag.
- Rose Water: HDPE jerry cans (5 L, 20 L) or food-grade IBC totes (1,000 L). All containers tamper-evident, batch-coded.
- Private Label / Retail Packs: Available on MOQ from 5,000 units. Provide your artwork and we handle Pakistan-side packaging and lot coding.
Documents Supplied with Every Shipment
- Commercial Invoice (CI) — itemized HS-coded
- Packing List (PL) — net & gross weights per carton
- Bill of Lading (BL) — original 3/3 or sea waybill
- Certificate of Origin (CoO) — Pakistan Chamber of Commerce attested
- Phytosanitary Certificate — DPP Pakistan, mandatory for dried botanicals into EU, AU, NZ, USA
- Certificate of Analysis (CoA) — moisture, microbial, pesticide, heavy metals
- Halal Certificate — SGS Pakistan or HCB Pakistan, on request
- HACCP & ISO 22000 Certificates — for food-grade products
- Fumigation Certificate — on request, mandatory for some destinations
Customs Duties & Local Taxes
HS Code 0603 (dried, dyed, bleached, impregnated or otherwise prepared cut flowers) governs our rose products. Tariff rates vary by destination. Buyer is responsible for destination customs duties, VAT/GST, and any local import licensing unless DDP terms are agreed.
Sample Shipments
We offer paid samples (USD 50–150 per 250 g–500 g pack) shipped via DHL or FedEx Express. Sample shipping typically 5–7 days door-to-door. Sample fees are credited against your first commercial order above MOQ.

What is your MOQ? Dried rose petals: 1 MT (40 cartons of 25 kg); rose water: 500 L; rose powder: 500 kg; rose buds: 500 kg.
Can you ship under LC at sight? Yes, for orders above USD 50,000 with confirmation by a first-class bank.
Do you accept new buyers without advance payment? For first orders we require 30% advance T/T. Subsequent repeat orders may move to open account or LC at 60 days.
What if my port has congestion? We monitor port advisories and may reroute via alternative ports (e.g., Salalah Oman as transshipment hub for Africa) at no additional cost where feasible.
