Kohenoor International ("we", "us") respects the privacy of every person and business that interacts with DryRose.org. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum information necessary to respond to your business inquiries:
- Inquiry data submitted via forms: Full name, company name, business email, country, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), product of interest, target quantity, target destination port, and any message you choose to write.
- Browser data automatically recorded: IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is retained for 90 days for security and analytics purposes.
- Cookies: We use a small number of essential cookies for form security (CSRF protection). No third-party advertising cookies are placed without consent.
2. How We Use Information
Information you submit is used solely to:
- Respond to your quotation request with pricing, MOQ, and lead time
- Send pro-forma invoices, shipping documents, and order updates
- Follow up on prior conversations or send harvest-season availability alerts (only if you have engaged with us previously)
- Comply with Pakistan export documentation requirements (Certificate of Origin, banking compliance)
We never sell, rent, or share buyer contact data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Legal Basis (GDPR — EU Buyers)
For buyers located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, our legal basis for processing your data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is one or more of:
- Legitimate interest in responding to your unsolicited B2B inquiry
- Contract performance when you have placed an order
- Legal obligation for retaining trade documents (Pakistan tax law requires 6-year retention)
4. Data Sharing
We share your data only with:
- Pakistan Chamber of Commerce (for Certificate of Origin issuance)
- Phytosanitary inspectors (Department of Plant Protection)
- Freight forwarders and shipping lines (Bill of Lading consignee details)
- Banks (for Letter of Credit advising and remittance processing)
- Email service provider (transactional emails only)
All recipients receive only the data minimum necessary for their function and are bound by confidentiality.
5. Data Retention
We retain inquiry data for up to 5 years from last contact to enable repeat-business and harvest-season notifications. Transaction records (invoices, BL, CoA, CoO) are retained for 6 years to comply with Pakistan tax and customs regulations. Server logs are retained for 90 days. You may request earlier deletion (see Section 7).
6. Security
DryRose.org is served over HTTPS with TLS 1.3, HSTS preloading, and a Content Security Policy. Our contact form uses an 11-layer anti-spam and CSRF protection system. Submitted data is encrypted in transit and stored on an access-controlled server. We do not store payment card or banking credentials on our website.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion (subject to legal retention obligations)
- Object to processing for marketing purposes
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (EU buyers)

8. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies only. We do not use Google Analytics fingerprinting, Facebook Pixel, or third-party advertising trackers on DryRose.org. Our analytics are server-side aggregate (URL, country, page-views) and do not identify individual visitors.
9. Children
DryRose.org is a B2B export site for commercial buyers. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to This Policy
If we materially change how we handle data, we will post the updated policy here with a new "Last updated" date.
